1. What we do

BestCarSource ("we", "us") is an online vehicle buying and negotiating concierge. We act solely on behalf of our client, the buyer. We never take title to vehicles, never hold inventory, and never accept commissions, referral fees or other compensation from dealers or sellers.

2. Services

Depending on your package, services may include: an online consultation and spec form; market search of dealer and private-seller listings; negotiation of price, fees, add-ons, trade-in and financing terms; a line-by-line purchase worksheet for your review; coordination of your final approval with the seller; title transfer and registration assistance for private-party purchases; a final walkthrough before delivery; and optional delivery logistics.

The final purchase or lease contract is always between you and the dealer or seller. You are never obligated to purchase any vehicle we present.

3. Fees

• Essential (Vehicles under $50K): $997 flat fee.
• Premium (Vehicles $50K – $100K): $1,500 flat fee.
• Luxury & Exotic (Luxury & exotic market): $2,500 flat fee.
• Delivery: $1.50 per mile based on distance.

Your package is determined by your stated vehicle budget. If the vehicle you ultimately purchase falls into a different price tier, your concierge will confirm the applicable package fee with you.

4. Payment

No payment is collected through this website. Submitting a booking request or a vehicle reservation does not commit you to anything. After you send a request, your concierge will contact you and confirm the applicable fee, any delivery charges and how and when they are paid, in writing, before any work begins.

5. Our guarantee

Our goal and guarantee is that you save hundreds more than our fees, measured against the seller’s initial written terms as documented on your purchase worksheet.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests in a timely way, and review your purchase worksheet and contract carefully before approving. Credit approval, interest rates and vehicle availability are determined by third parties and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not a dealer, lender, insurer or mechanic. Vehicle condition, warranties and financing are provided by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
